Our goal is to arrange affordable rentals of vacant holiday apartments by the sea from September to June. In addition, we also offer apartments available for year-round rental as well as selected properties for purchase. With on-site staff, support is always guaranteed in case of any issues.
For an additional fee, we can also assist our tenants exclusively with administrative appointments, doctor visits, garage or workshop visits, airport transfers, and similar services.
Before that, I didn’t even know where Abruzzo was located. And yet, it was once the heart of Italian jeans production.
Almost every small company worked for the fashion industry before China joined the international trade agreement in 2000. Then Bangladesh followed, and the entire industry collapsed.
To this day, I still produce sustainable jeans in small quantities. Over time, and with the help of my friends, I learned to love and truly appreciate this region. The combination of endless beaches, breathtaking mountain panoramas, and olive-covered rolling hills (which inspired our name) is simply unique. Yesterday, I went swimming while looking at snow-capped mountains — it really doesn’t get any better than that.
The cuisine is seafood-based along the coast, while the inland offers magnificent traditional dishes that are famous even within Italy.
This area is also clean, has low crime rates, and good hospitals — something I can confirm from personal experience. In my opinion, Italy is at its most beautiful in the center — meaning Tuscany, Umbria (which unfortunately has no access to the sea), Marche, and Abruzzo.
Not everyone may agree with me, but for me personally, it is the best place on earth. I will never leave again. I call it home — and I truly mean it. Living here is a privilege. However, I have noticed that unlike, for example, Tuscany or Umbria, tourism here is limited mainly to the months from June to August.For this reason, I decided to open an agency that focuses on the remaining nine months of the year.
Abruzzo has so much to offer outside the summer season that it would be a shame not to make use of it.
Of course, I also want to earn money, but it is equally important to me to promote this wonderful region. The Abruzzese slogan is “Forte e Gentile” — strong and kind. I couldn’t describe it any better.
All of my friends who have visited me here keep coming back. Some of them are even considering retiring here. Naturally, completely different pricing applies during these nine months, making it a fantastic opportunity for retirees, winter birds, digital nomads, and others to escape the harsh winters in Germany, United Kingdom, or the northern United States and enjoy a mild climate at affordable prices here in Italy. Italy even attracts retirees with a special 7% flat tax incentive — however, this benefit applies only up to Abruzzo; north of there, this incentive no longer applies.
