The Abruzzo and southern Marche in Central Italy. Here, we mainly offer holiday apartments for rent from September to June, directly on the Adriatic beach. Rentals are available monthly or in some cases all year-round. We also offer selected properties for sale.

The rental apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a complete kitchen, dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning with heating function.

In many apartments, small pets are also allowed. Italy is now extremely pet-friendly — even supermarkets often provide special carts so customers can bring their small dogs along.

The apartments are ideally located in central Italy, just a two-hour drive from Rome, one hour from Abruzzo Airport and Ancona Airport, and within easy driving distance from Germany and Austria.
